Volunteer

Greetings 2019 North Cascades Bluegrass Festival Volunteers!

Approximately 135 -150 individuals volunteer each year during our festival. Shift times are typically 4 to 5 hours each.  For every 4-full hours worked, volunteers receive a one-day festival pass up to a maximum of 2 passes.  For those wishing to work more than 8 hours, and many do, those efforts are greatly appreciated and we express our most heartfelt gratitude for your help. (Note: Festival Passes do not include camping passes)
