Advertise with us!
The advertising Application deadline is July 7. The artwork submission deadline is July 15th of the current year.
We will be printing programs for distribution during the Festival weekend. The program will include a special ‘campers information’ section to highlight some of our local retail locations and services.
Advertising in our program is a great way to:
- Remind our many campers and day guests about your services and location.
- Show that your business supports the Festival, a great new event bringing travelers and locals together to celebrate Bluegrass music and culture.

Your ad will also be included in the online .pdf version of the program and will stay on the website until the following year’s program is posted. All of our visitors and prospective visitors will be able to view the previous year’s program to get a ‘taste’ of what our Festival offers – and that includes your ad!

Full-Page Ad (5″w x 8″h) $500
All ads are printed in black-and-white.
