General Ticketing Information

The North Cascades Bluegrass Festival is 2 full days (Sat, Sept. 2nd & Sun, Sept. 3rd, 2023) of top-notch bluegrass bands from around the US and Canada. Main stage bands will be performing on both Saturday & Sunday.

We are also expanding our camping program to 7 days of camping  (Noon- Tue, Aug 29 to Noon-Tue, Sept 5, 2023).  As a result, our ticket structure has been changed to accommodate the additional festival and camping days and we are making significant changes as a result.

  • All sales are final – no refunds allowed unless the festival is canceled due to the pandemic.
  • All prices shown are in US Dollars.

General Campground Information

  • Daily parking is by donation and will be collected at the time of arrival – cash only. The suggested donation is $5 per vehicle.
  • All camping sites are on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • This year, several new sites with electric & water hookups are available.
  • We highly recommend that you take advantage of the full festival experience and arrive as early in the week as possible.
  • The Festival campground opens at 12:00 pm (noon) on Tuesday, Aug, 29th and closes on Tuesday, Sep, 5th at 12:00 pm (noon)
    • A camping pass (either with hook-up or dry camping) includes one vehicle parking pass for the camping site only. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated day-parking area only.

Ticketing and Camping Passes

  • “Festival Pass – All individuals camping, are required to purchase a valid festival pass for the same duration as their camping pass(es).  If the number of camping nights exceeds 2 nights or more, a full festival pass is required.”
  • Festival passes are ‘per person’ and festival camping passes are per camping site.
  • Camping passes do NOT include festival passes which must be purchased separately.

Tickets and Passes are available for purchase in the following categories:

  • Festival Passes (Full Festival, and One Day)
  • Camping Passes – with electric & water hookup: (7-night, 6-night, 5-night and 4-night only)
    • Unfortunately, due to demand and the limited number of available sites with hook-ups, we are unable to sell hook-up sites for any fewer nights.
    • Hook-up sites are available for RV’s or tents, or even just a car)
    • There are a limited number of RV hookups. There are a few 50amp/30amp sites, and the rest are 30amp/20amp sites.  All RV sites have 110v and water taps.
    • Due to RV hookups limitations, trailers must “Back in”. Motorhomes may “Drive in” or “Back in”.
    • RV/Tent hook-up camping sites are assigned once purchased online.
    • You will be contacted by the festival camping coordinator to discuss the length of your RV to ensure a site is available to fit your unit.  We have RV-site size limitations and while we will attempt to accommodate specific requests as best, we can, we cannot provide guarantees on the final location.
    • A Dumping Station is available on site.  Fees are as posted and go directly to The Deming Log Show
  • Camping Passes – Dry Camping: (Nightly)
    • Dry camping passes are good for the designated dry camping sites for both inside and outside the festival fencing.
    • Fresh water will be available on-site at several locations for filling water tanks. See festival map Here
  • Service Fee: A service fee is added at checkout to cover credit card and ticketing fees.
