Greetings North Cascades Bluegrass Festival Volunteers!
Approximately 50-60 individuals volunteer each year during our festival. Shift times are typically 4 to 5 hours each. For every 4 hours worked, volunteers will receive a one-day festival pass up to a maximum of 3 passes. For those wishing to work more than 12 hours, and many do, those efforts are greatly appreciated and we express our most heartfelt gratitude for your help. (Note: Festival Passes do not include camping passes)

Once you have submitted your application, we will try and match you up with our available volunteer positions. While every attempt will be made to match you with a volunteer position, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to offer you a one.
Please note that the majority of our available positions are on Saturday, August 30th, 2025 and Sunday, August 31st, 2025. We also have a number of positions available on Thursday, August 28th, Friday, 29th and Monday, September 1st, 2025 that involve helping with setup and take down of the festival.
