HOTEL SPECIALS: STAY TUNED
North Cascades Bluegrass Festival is pleased to be able to provide limited RV Hookup (power/water) and ample Dry Camping with plenty of space for motorhomes, trailers, and tents. Many camping locations are situated within the festival grounds and music can be heard from the main stage. Our campground is sure to be a popular location for all bluegrass and camping enthusiasts.
Camping Pass: A campground pass is required for all tents, RV’s and trailers and must be displayed at all times. Failure to do so will result in being asked to purchase a camping pass or to leave the festival.
Festival Pass: All individuals camping are required to purchase a valid festival pass for the same duration as their camping pass.
“RV HOOKUP” IMPORTANT NOTE: For those purchasing an RV Hookup camping spot, please note the following limitations:
-
-
- All spaces are located along a fence line. This means that if you have a trailer, your only option is to back in. If you have a motor home, your options are drive in or back in;
- Space “length” varies among RV Hookup locations (i.e., one space may only accommodate a 25′ RV while others will accommodate a 45′ RV). It is important when purchasing a ticket to provide the full length of your RV (Trailers should include tongue length); and
- Space “width” is more narrow and ranges from appx. 15′ to 17′. This means that if you camp with an RV with a slide-out and Awning, in some spaces you may not be able to fully deploy your awning without encroaching on the location next to you. If believe this to be an issue, we suggest dry camping which has the normal ~20′ x 50′ intended space.
- Regarding RV hookup locations, only one camping pass is needed per RV. Additionally, each tent in an RV Hookup location requires its own camping pass. However, kids tents which can be setup on their parents’ RV Hookup space are no additional charge, provided, they fit in the RV Hookup space.
- RV hookup sites will be assigned according to length as not all sites are the same. Once you have purchased your RV Hookup Camping pass, you will be contacted to discuss. Please ensure you provide all information requested at time of purchase.
-
“DRY CAMPING” IMPORTANT NOTE: For those Dry Camping, please note the following restrictions:
-
- The nominal size of the “dry camping” spots are 20-ft by 50-ft however they are not all uniform and can vary depending upon where you chose or how you choose to setup camp. Tents, Vans, RV’s,or other types of Dry Camping shelters require its own camping pass and camping sticker provided by NCBF, regardless of location. However, kids tents which can be setup on their parents’ Dry Camping space are no additional charge, provided, they fit in the 20-ft by 50-ft Dry Camping space.
- Dry Camping spaces are limited to a maximum of 20′ x 50′.
- GENERATORS: Please limit the use of generators in the campground to the hours of 8am to Noon and 10pm to Midnight. Please ensure that the exhaust from your generator does not affect your neighbors. Campers who abuse this policy, will be asked to leave the festival with no refund.
- There are multiple water locations throughout the campground. Each of the Baseball dugouts in the large Dry Camping areas have one behind the backstop.
- Dry Camping areas are located both inside the Fenced Festival Area and in the large Dry Camping area. For those considering the Dry Camping area inside the fenced festival area, not that music will be played from the stage from 9am – about 10:00pm. If you like to Jam during the day, we suggest picking your spot carefully. Please see Festival Map Here
