Greetings 2019 North Cascades Bluegrass Festival Volunteers!

Approximately 135 -150 individuals volunteer each year during our festival. Shift times are typically 4-hours each.  For every 4-full hours worked, volunteers receive a one-day festival pass up to a maximum of 2 passes.  For those wishing to work more than 8 hours, and many do, those efforts are greatly appreciated and we express our most heartfelt gratitude for your help. (Note: Festival Passes do not include camping passes)

Step 1: To begin the Volunteer Process click HERE:

Complete all information, especially those boxes with an asterisk (*) next to it.  When your application is complete and you are ready to submit it, check the “I AGREE” box and then hit Continue.  This will send an email with your application attached to the Volunteer Coordinator, who will approve your request and send you an email confirming that you are in the volunteer database.  NOTE:  Every volunteer applicant must have a unique email address.  2 or more applicants cannot use the same email address.

Step 2:

Once the Volunteer Coordinator has reviewed your application, you will receive an email with instructions on how to log on to our Volunteer software program, VicNet, from where you will be able to select your volunteer job and shift(s).  Additionally, you will be able to manage and update your volunteer profile as needed.

It’s that simple!

Please feel free to contact volunteer@ncbf.fun should you have any problems.
