About Our Festival

 

The Annual North Cascades Bluegrass Festival will once again bring together bluegrass fans and performers from across the world giving Whatcom County residents the opportunity to enjoy and experience a wide range of live Bluegrass music right here in our county. Our Sponsors make it possible to produce this fundraiser event to support our community.  All donations and proceeds from the festival benefit the Whatcom Parks and Recreation Foundation (WPRF), a 501(c) (3) Non-Profit organization.

 

About Your Sponsorship

We expect to distribute between 2-3,000 Festival programs to our guests. The US Census Bureau determined that 29.3% of the population, that’s 51 million people who like bluegrass music and 1.8 million consider it their favorite type of music. In general, Bluegrass fans:

  • Are active in sports and outdoor activities
  • Are Avid gardeners and readers
  • Make their own home improvements & repairs
  • Attend cultural events and festivals
  • Tend to fall into the 25-54 age range
  • Actively support businesses who support bluegrass music

7 Nights of Camping

The campground is opening at noon on Tuesday the week of the festival and closes at noon on the Tuesday following Labor Day. Our campers travel from Seattle, British Columbia, eastern Washington, northern California, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and the list keeps growing.  Campers refer to our printed and online program as a guide to finding local businesses for food, merchandise, and services.

Workshop Sponsor – $4,000

Logo and/or Name associated as sponsor for all Workshops

  • Thanked from all stages throughout the Festival

Beer Garden Sponsor – $4,500

Logo and/or Name associated as Beer Garden sponsor

 

Includes:

  • Radio promotion
  • Sign inside and outside of Beer Garden
  • Logo and/or Name included in Festival Program
  • Logo and/or Name associated with all print and electronic Beer Garden promotion
  • Thanked from all stages throughout the Festival
  • Includes your choice of two (2) available Level “2” sponsorship options

LEVEL 1 – OPTIONS

Mix and Match to get Benefits that Work Best for you

Private VIP Cabana – $2,500

A 10’x10’ canopy that provides shelter from rain and sun reserved exclusively for you and your guests near the main stage

 

Includes:

  • 10×10 Canopy to use during the festival
  • Signage with your logo/name on the front of the canopy
  • 1 Table with Chairs
  • Stocked with refreshments
  • Four (4) adult Full Festival passes or twelve (12) adult Single-Day passes

Area Sponsor – $2,000

Your Logo and/or Name associated with a key area of the Festival

Radio Ad Sponsor – $1,500

Includes:

  • Named in paid radio ads associated with the Festival 4-6 weeks leading up to the Festival

Band Sponsor – $1,000

Logo and/or Name associated and announced as a sponsor from the Main Stage

 

Includes:

  • Personal Introduction to sponsored Band in the VIP area
  • Logo and/or Name listed as a sponsor in Festival program on band’s bio page
  • Logo and/or Name listed on the www.ncbf.fun website as a sponsor on the band’s biography page
  • The emcee announces and thanks sponsors from the Main Stage prior to the band’s performance

LEVEL 2 OPTIONS:

Social Media Sponsor – $500

Posting on NCBF and Whatcom Parks and Recreation Foundation social media sites.  Assistance available if requested

 

Includes:

  • One dedicated posting on all NCBF social media sites
  • Cross-promotion on Whatcom Parks and Recreation Foundation social media sites

Print Media Sponsor – $500

Logo and/or Name included on select media as listed below

Ticket Package Sponsor – $500

Support of the festival through bulk ticket purchases.
